1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All physical orders (Originals and Prints) are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Prints:
Standard prints take 3-5 business days for processing.
Prints with gold embellishments require up to 2 weeks for processing due to hand-finishing.
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; details will be provided on the product page.
Print Fulfillment Partner:
We work with a trusted print-on-demand supplier [Insert Supplier Name] to fulfill all print orders. Your prints are produced and shipped directly from their facility to ensure quality and efficiency.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
International: 7–21 business days depending on location
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers:

International Shipping & Duties:

Damaged or Lost Items:

2. Return & Exchange Policy
Original Artwork & Custom Items:
For Original and Commissioned Artwork, all sales are final. Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artwork and custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Prints:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable or online course materials are final and non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
