Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Shipping Time
All physical orders (Originals and Prints) are prepared and shipped within up to 10 to 14 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Items with gold embellishments require up to 14 to 16 business days to ship because they are:
Hand painted
Hand finished
Custom or made to order items may take longer. Any specific timelines will be shared on the product page.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping within the United States
For international orders, please email info@clavearts.com before placing your order to receive a delivery quote
Tracking Details
Tracking details will be shared by email once your item has shipped
International Shipping and Duties
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. International shipping is not free, please contact us with an address for a quote.
Lost Items
If your item is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking details at info@clavearts.com and include:
Order number
Full name used on the order
Shipping address
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email info@clavearts.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and include:
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
Order number and full name
No refunds will be issued if the email is not sent within the timeframe mentioned above.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
Original Artwork Returns
Original artwork may be returned within 5 days of delivery
Return shipping will be handled by the customer
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Commissioned Artwork
No refunds after the item has shipped. If you cancel after placing the order and before it ships, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
Prints
No refunds on prints once the order is placed
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable or online course materials are final and not refundable
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
